Piñatas la Fiesta is colorful, family-owned piñata store in the heart of San José, CA run by a lovely Mexican couple Adriana and Memo. They started off as a wholesale account for my side hustle, Fúchila Fresheners and quickly became good friends.🥰
They soon hired me to help give their logo, signage and overall brand a refresh. Still one of my favorite clients to date, they allowed me to do what I do best and start from the ground up. Below is the process I guided them through.
Foundational
• Initial conversation with client around their why, their origin story and vision for the future of their business
• Mood boarding, tone exploration, brand principles, and landscape analysis
Design
• R1 – Rough concepting and sketches
• R2 – Directional groupings and rough digitals
• R3 – Refine top 2 directions and make a selection
Proposal and Delivery
• Present final proposal, brand style guide and digital/print collateral
• Pixel-perfect asset production and delivery
We launched an e-commerce enabled www.pinataslafiesta.com in 2018 just in case…
… a global pandemic would strike.
At the height of COVID shutdown, we launched their entire product catalog to enable additional revenue streams.
